Thank you for shopping at Maple Plan.
We aim to provide high-quality digital products and a smooth shopping experience.
Because all items in our store are delivered instantly as digital downloads, our refund policy is slightly different from physical product stores.
Digital Products – All Sales Are Final
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This is because digital items cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may offer a refund only in the following cases:
✔ Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we can refund the duplicate order.
✔ File not received
If you did not receive your digital file, please contact us and we will resend it immediately.
✔ Corrupted or non-working file
If the file is damaged or not working, we will provide a replacement version.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
